1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the user (hereinafter "User") and the operator of the IQtest-Certification.com service (hereinafter "Provider"). By accessing this website and purchasing a certification service, the User agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

The Service consists of an online cognitive assessment based on Raven's Progressive Matrices. Upon completion of the test, the User may choose between two service tiers:

• Basic Tier: $4.49 Upon payment of the specified fee, the Provider delivers the User's calculated IQ score only. This tier does not include a certificate or detailed analysis.
• Premium Tier:$8.99 Upon payment of the specified fee, the Provider generates a comprehensive results package, including a verified PDF Certificate, full cognitive performance analytics, and a list of correct answers.

The service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational, self-development, and recreational purposes only. It is not a clinical psychological diagnosis.

3. Pricing and Payment

The test itself may be taken free of charge. Access to the results is subject to a one-time administrative fee based on the selected tier: $4.49 for the Basic results (Score only) or $8.99 for the Premium certification package (Full Analysis & Certificate). Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay). The Provider does not store full credit card details.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

The User acknowledges and agrees that the IQ results and Certificates are digital products. Access to the results (Score only for Basic, or full PDF Certificate/Analysis for Premium) is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Please refer to the Privacy Policy page for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Liability

The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or interpretation of the test results. The score is an estimate based on standard psychometric patterns but does not replace a comprehensive in-person psychological evaluation by a licensed professional.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

9. Final Provisions

All content of the Server and the format of this content and its part are subject to copyright according to Act No 121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, as subsequently amended, and according to the relevant copyright regulations each individual use without an author's or owner's licence constitutes a breach of copyright and constitutes a criminal offence.

The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any point without User's previous consent by publishing their new and full version on the Server. The new Terms and Conditions shall become valid on publication unless the Terms and Conditions contain a later effective date.

The Provider is not responsible for any activities of Users of the Server nor is he responsible for the way they use the Server.
