1. EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts entered into online.
However, there is a specific exception for digital content:
By purchasing our IQ Certification service, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract (instant delivery of your PDF report). You acknowledge that by accessing or downloading the digital content before the expiry of the 14-day period, you strictly waive your right of withdrawal. Once the report has been generated and accessed, the service is considered fully performed.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
Notwithstanding the legal waiver above, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We may grant a refund at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Technical Failure: If you are unable to access your report due to a proven technical error on our website.
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your results via email or on-screen display within 24 hours of payment.
- Double Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following scenarios:
- You simply changed your mind after viewing your IQ score.
- You disagree with the result of the assessment (the scientific methodology is standardized).
- You failed to read the Terms & Conditions regarding the pricing structure before payment.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team. Include your Session ID (visible in the footer) and the email address used for payment.
We aim to review all refund requests within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
