- Performance of Contract: To generate your IQ score, produce your personalized PDF certificate, and deliver it to your email address.

- Legal Obligation: To comply with tax and accounting laws in the Czech Republic and EU.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Our retention policy is strictly aligned with the service model:
- Unpaid Sessions (Temporary): If you do not complete the purchase, your test answers and temporary score are stored in a short-term cache to allow for session recovery. This data is automatically deleted after 48 hours.
- Paid Certifications: If you purchase a certificate, we retain your result and email address to allow you to download your certificate in the future and for accounting purposes (typically 10 years as per Czech law).
